We offer Phuket and Thailand day tours, activities, and private transfers for direct customers and authorised travel agents/hotels. Product descriptions, inclusions, exclusions, pickup details and cancellation rules on each product page form part of your contract when you book.

A booking request is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we confirm the booking after successful payment (or after we accept a payment recorded by our staff). Until then, inventory may be held for a limited payment period and can be released if payment is not completed in time.

You must provide accurate guest, contact, hotel/pickup and flight details. You are responsible for ensuring travellers meet age, health and activity requirements stated for the product.

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where noted on the product. Payment is made to Top Travel Thailand / NAPISARA HOLDING CO., LTD. (for example via our payment provider). Agents and hotels do not collect customer payment on our behalf unless we expressly agree in writing.

Agent commissions, where applicable, are settled between us and the agent and are not an extra charge on the customer invoice.

Cancellation and change rules are product-specific and are shown at booking. Free cancellation windows, partial charges and no-show rules apply as published. Weather, park closures, safety or force majeure may require reschedule or alternative arrangements; we will work with you reasonably in those cases.

Refunds, when due, are returned to the original payment method where possible and may take several business days depending on banks and card networks.

Present your booking confirmation or voucher (digital or printed) and follow pickup instructions. Late arrival may be treated as a no-show under the product policy. We are not responsible for missed services caused by incorrect details you supplied or by traveller delay.

When a booking is made through an authorised agent or hotel, customer-facing communications may show “Booked through [Agent Name]”. Fulfilment and customer support for the booked service remain with Top Travel Thailand unless stated otherwise.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content in a way that harms our systems, or use our brand or materials without permission. Bookings must be for legitimate travel purposes.

We arrange travel services with care and work with suppliers. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence where applicable).

Adventure activities and tours involve inherent risks. Follow guide instructions and safety briefings. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Website content, branding and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Phuket / Thailand have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms for new bookings.
